What’s Inside the Kit?

Instead of purchasing individual components, this kit provides everything you need to convert two wheels from scratch:

• Wide Rim Tape:
  Includes one 35mm x 10m roll of Muc-Off's semi-transparent pink tubeless tape. The 35mm width is specifically designed for rims with an internal width of 31mm to 33mm.
• Tubeless Valves:
  Comes with a pair of 44mm black CNC-machined tubeless Presta valves. These include three pairs of interchangeable rubber grommet bases to perfectly match your internal rim bed.
• High-Volume Sealant:
  Contains two 140ml pouches of No Puncture Hassle Sealant. Designed for wide DH and plus-sized tires, each tire requires approximately one full 140ml pouch for optimal protection.
• Finishing Accessories:
  Includes two seal patches for securing raw tape seams, locknuts, matching valve caps, and a built-in valve core removal tool.

• Who It’s For:
  This kit is specifically designed for gravity riders, enduro racers with ultra-wide rims, and e-MTB riders using high-volume "Plus" tires (typically 2.6" to 3.0" wide).
• The Advantages:
  • The 35mm tape completely fills wide tire beds, eliminating tire burping under heavy G-outs and hard cornering.
  • The included valves are fully compatible with foam tire inserts, thanks to multi-directional airflow slots at their bases.
• The Limitations:
  This kit is not suitable for standard trail or cross-country rims with internal widths between 25mm and 30mm. For those setups, the DH/Trail/Enduro (30mm) or XC/Trail (25mm) kits are recommended instead.
